General information

CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM GAINEASY DURING THIS TIME?

Yes, all orders are being processed as usual. If at any moment we are unable to continue to provide our service during this time of uncertainty. All customers will be notified with additional information provided on our social media platforms.

All Gaineasy collections are sold exclusively at www.gaineasy.co

Gaineasy is a UK based brand within Essex. UK Time zones are GMT (during winter months) & BST. All orders are shipping from the UK.

All Gaineasy activewear is true to size with each collection produced on the same size guide. If you are between sizes we would recommend sizing up. Checkout full Size guide.

Creating a Gaineasy account allows you to do the following:

- Save various billing and shipping addresses to speed up the ordering process as well as seeing previous orders.

- Save your shopping bag: as long as the particular product is still in stock, your product selection will be saved for checkout at a later date.

- Get access to an exclusive look into all things new, special offers, product releases and more when subscribing for Gaineasy emails.

- Once you have registered an account successfully, you will have access to the Gaineasy Loyalty Club (Coming soon).

If an item you would like to purchase is currently out of stock and you would like to be first aware when the item becomes available, we recommend clicking our "Notify when available" icon under the particular item, you can be notified via email or SMS after signing up. It's also worth taking a moment to follow our social media platforms where information regarding restocks and new items are posted.

We are always spilling news about upcoming product releases and events so it's great to stay in touch. Once a limited edition shade is sold out, sadly it's gone forever. However, our staple shades are here to stay with new limited edition shades being released throughout the year! To know when the next limited edition shade is being released make sure you follow our social media pages & subscribe to our newsletter.

Discounts can be entered at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order. No discount code can be used more than once or duplicated.

Orders

Payment providers currently available are the following: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Klarna buy now, pay later. Checkout how to use Klarna here: Klarna

Don't fancy paying all at once? Recently we have partnered up with payment providers Clearpay & Laybuy who lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 4 or 6 weekly automatic payments, interest free.

Icons of the payment providers are also located in the bottom of the websites footer.

If you have made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to catch it before it is shipped.

Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled. Once received you are more than welcome to return the products via our returns portal in exchange for a full refund.

All orders are double checked alongside the order invoice and you will more than likely see each item ticked off by Team Gaineasy just to make sure. However, in the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following:

- Your order number.

- The name of the item you did not receive.

- The name of the item you received in its place.

- A image of the item you have received, including logo.

Shipping

Currently we ship all orders with Royal Mail to provide a fast & reliable service.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way". This email contains a unique tracking number provided by our courier service with any additional information that may be required. 

Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update on the system after receiving the confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way". If any further issues occur, please Contact us

All orders processed through our system before 2 pm GMT, Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  

We ship to multiple countries around the globe, however if your location is currently unavailable at checkout please contact us via our Contact us form. We may be able to make your location available.

Returns

Depending on the courier service you've chosen to return your item(s), it can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns department.

Once the return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the item(s) that has been refunded.

For international purchases, the prices currently present on our website do not cover the cost of your countries import duties or local sales taxes, these charges may occur upon entering your country. For more information please contact your local customs office.

We currently only offer FREE returns in the UK. If you're outside of the UK you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

You have up to 30 days to complete a return.

To get in touch you can simply complete a Contact us form or you can direct message us through any social media platform we have available such as instagram, twitter or facebook. 

All inquiries will be responded to as soon as possible and usually within the same hour. During high volume periods such as release days and Black Friday sales please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
