General Returns

Not quite your style? No problem, we accept returns...

To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met;

  • The item(s) must be unworn, in the same condition as received with original packaging (this includes frosted bags and attached hangtags).
  • The item(s) must be unworn, any item(s) worn, washed, consisting of distinct odours, blemishes or signs of wear and tear, covered in animal or human hair etc will not be accepted. 
  • The return process has begun within the 30 days return period.

Kindly note;

  • Exchanges are not possible and suggest completing a new order once the refund is received.
  • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. 
  • Any return request requested after the 30 days return period sadly cannot be accepted.

How To Start A Return

Once a return request has been successfully completed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested refund via email within 1-2 business days with the allocated return address details.
