- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order, but to qualify:
✅ Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
✅ Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, or scents (e.g., perfume, deodorant).
✅ Bags and accessories must be unused and returned in their dust bag/box.
✅ Items marked as Final Sale or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return.
? Tip: To ensure your return is accepted, please try on items indoors and keep all packaging intact until you’re sure you want to keep them.

Are There Any Charges for Returns?
- If you are based in the UK, we provide a prepaid returns label, but a £4 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are outside the UK, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
- If your return does not meet the requirements, we will notify you via email with further details.
