How to Return Your Order

We’re here to help, but before starting a return, please check our guidelines to ensure your item qualifies.

  2. Follow the instructions to select the items you wish to return.
  3. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

What items are returnable?

We accept returns within 60 days of receiving your order, but to qualify:

✅ Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, pet hair, or scents (e.g., perfume, deodorant).
Bags and accessories must be unused and returned in their dust bag/box.
✅ Items marked as Final Sale or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return.

? Tip: To ensure your return is accepted, please try on items indoors and keep all packaging intact until you’re sure you want to keep them.

Are There Any Charges for Returns? 

  • If you are based in the UK, we provide a prepaid returns label, but a £4 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are outside the UK, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

? Tip: To minimize returns and unnecessary fees, we recommend reviewing size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.

When Will I Receive My Refund? 

  • Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return guidelines.
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days.
  • If your return does not meet the requirements, we will notify you via email with further details.
