Shipping Process 

All orders processed through our system before 2 pm GMT, Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  

If opted for Tracked shipping at checkout, Gaineasy will provide a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update on the system after receiving the confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way".

Duties & Taxes

For international purchases, the prices currently present on our website do not cover the cost of your countries import duties or local sales taxes, these charges may occur upon entering your country. For more information please contact your local customs office.

Kindly Note

• Gaineasy cannot be held responsible for service delays, delivery by the courier service.
• Gaineasy cannot cover the cost of returns shipping. Please see the Returns policy for further information.
• Gaineasy cannot cover the costs of duties & taxes.
