Gaineasy is a UK based brand within Essex. UK Time zones are GMT (during winter months) & BST. All orders are shipping from the UK.
All Gaineasy activewear is true to size with each collection produced on the same size guide. If you are between sizes we would recommend sizing up. Checkout full Size guide.
Our recycled nylon in the Reflex sustainable collection is Global Recycling Standard certified to make sure we only use post-consumer waste, rather than non-renewable resources. This material would have been sent to landfill or downcycled if not used by us! You can find the sustainability report on the product page. 13.34 plastic bottles (550ml) diverted from landfill.

Once a limited edition shade is sold out, sadly it's gone forever. However, our staple shades are here to stay with new limited edition shades being released throughout the year! Seamless leggings technology is an innovative knitting concept that produces flattering leggings practically free of unwanted seams, sewing & stitches.
Seamless leggings are created in a single knitting process that eliminates side seams. By eliminating most fabric cutting and sewing processes, the production process is optimized, making seamless production much faster than the traditional cut & sew production, taking around 25-35% less time to complete. To create seamless leggings, a factory technician programs the highly advanced circular knitting machine based on requirements via a computer that allows different stitch patterns to form the leggings, creating different designs. All of the Gaineasy seamless leggings are 100% squat-proof. Each collection acquires 55+ hours of product testing by various individuals of different body types before final production to make sure they meet our requirements.

Payment providers currently available are the following: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Klarna buy now, pay later. Checkout how to use Klarna here: Klarna
Don't fancy paying all at once? Recently we have partnered up with payment providers Clearpay & Laybuy who lets you receive your purchase now and spread the total cost over 4 or 6 weekly automatic payments, interest free.
Icons of the payment providers are also located in the bottom of the websites footer.
If you have made a mistake when entering your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and correct shipping address. We will do our best to catch it before it is shipped.
Unfortunately once an order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be cancelled. Once received you are more than welcome to return the products via our returns portal in exchange for a full refund.
All orders are double checked alongside the order invoice and you will more than likely see each item ticked off by Team Gaineasy just to make sure. However, in the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following:
- Your order number.
- The name of the item you did not receive.
- The name of the item you received in its place.
- A image of the item you have received, including logo.
Shipping
Currently we ship all orders with Royal Mail to provide a fast & reliable service.
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way". This email contains a unique tracking number provided by our courier service with any additional information that may be required.
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update on the system after receiving the confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way". If any further issues occur, please Contact us
All orders processed through our system before 2 pm GMT, Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
We ship to multiple countries around the globe, however if your location is currently unavailable at checkout please contact us via our Contact us form. We may be able to make your location available.
Returns

Depending on the courier service you've chosen to return your item(s), it can usually take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns department.
Once the return has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with the item(s) that has been refunded.
For international purchases, the prices currently present on our website do not cover the cost of your countries import duties or local sales taxes, these charges may occur upon entering your country. For more information please contact your local customs office.
We currently only offer FREE returns in the UK. If you're outside of the UK you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
