Shipping process 

All orders processed through our system before 2 pm GMT, Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.  

Gaineasy will provide a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to update on the system after receiving the confirmation email titled "Your order is on its way".
