All orders processed through our system before 2 pm GMT, Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

 REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be granted up to 30 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase. 

Kindly note;

• If you are based within the UK, we will provide the returns label, however, £2 will be deducted from your return amount as a restocking fee.
• If you're outside of the UK you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
• Any return request requested after the 30 days return period sadly cannot be accepted.
